MacBook M1 Only Pulling 30hz on External Monitors

Hey ya'll I recently purchased a SONNETTECH Echo 11 docking station and when I connect my two ViewSonic VP2771 monitors via TB cables I'm only able to select 30hz as an option. I'm not looking to run 4k but I'm trying to run 2560x1440 at 60hz.

I updated the firmware on my monitors and verified I'm running the most current version of MacOS.

Any insight as to how I could get 60hz? according to SONNETTECH it supports MacOS/MacBooks.

Thank you!

ViewSonic VP2771 is not a ThunderBolt display, it connects via USB-C.

To connect a USB-C device to a high-end, high resolution output, the cables must be certified (and marked) as USB 3.1 10 G bits/sec speed capable or better, and must be shorter than one meter.

cables "shipped in the box' are notorious for being "lowest bidder" cables, good enough to keep you from returning the product on day one.
