How to add Apple Watch to Family Sharing

We purchased an apple watch for our kid and paired it with their iPhone. Their iPhone is added to our Family Sharing group, providing us parental control of the phone. How do we set up parental control for the apple watch? We would like the watch to have the same restrictions as our kid's phone. Is there a way to add the watch to our Family Sharing being that it is paired with our kid's phone?
