I recently purchased a refurbished iPad Pro (2022), but I’ve been experiencing an issue where the screen frequently goes dark and shuts off while I’m using it, even though the battery is fully charged. The only way to get it working again is to plug it into a power source.
Anyone knows a solution?

Perhaps the iPad's battery has a fault or is otherwise defective. Did you purchase the refurbished iPad Pro from Apple, or from some other retailer?
Refurbished/renewed devices purchased directly from Apple will have been through Apple's comprehensive refurbishment process and will have a new battery. Refurbished devices purchased through other retailers might not have been refurbished to Apple's strict quality standards - and may not have been fitted with a new battery.
