How to enable / fix Wikipedia results from not appearing when you long press a term to look it up?

When I long press a term or phrase to look it up on my Mac (2019 Macbook Pro Two Thunderbolt Ports, macOS Sequoia 15.0.1), it only shows dictionary and thesaurus results; no Wikipedia results.

If I try looking up a term (e.g.: a famous person's name) by using long press, no Wikipedia results appear. Instead, I get prompted to Configure Dictionaries, which shows––and has always shown––Wikipedia as one of the selected dictionary options.

Once I try looking up the same term on the Wikipedia tab under the Dictionary app, it shows results without any issue. This problem only occurs when I attempt searching anything when using long press.

How do I fix this so that the Wikipedia results appear when I do a long press?

Pics for reference.

In System Settings > Spotlight, make sure "Siri Suggestions" is turned on. With it turned on, "Awkwafina" is found:
