Is data recovery possible after my iPad Air's screen turned black?

My ipad air (4th generation) purchased roughly 2-3 years ago suddenly stopped turning on, its the popular error "Black screen of death" the possible solutions being charging the device or doing a forced restart, DESPITE doing everything even forced restart my ipad doesnt start at all, I checked it with service providers from premium apple resellers (i.e ivenus) but they replied that its impossiible to repair this error, being a costly and reputed company, the experience with perfomance period is horrible, the suddenness of the error has caused a lot of discomfort. Is there still a possible way to revive my device with or without any kind of data loss??

Unless you are able to restart your iPad to a running state - and successfully enter your Passcode - you'll not be able to recover any data from your iPad.

iPadOS uses an encrypted filesystem. Successful entry of your iPad Passcode unlocks the Secure Enclave (this being your iPad's security chip) within which the only copy of the encryption keys - that are required to access and decrypt your data - are stored.

Unless you have a pre-existing backup of your locally stored data (with which you can restore your data to a repaired or replacement device), anything stored on your inoperable iPad will remain beyond reach. However, any data that has been synchronised with iCloud may still be accessible from iCloud itself:

If you value your data, always keep a backup.
