Не могу поменять регион а Apple store с румынского на русский, нет вкладок страна/регион
что делать в такой ситуации?
я не могу обновлять некоторые приложения и скачивать

What to do before you change your country

Change your Apple ID country online
- Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
- Tap or click Personal Information.
- Tap or click Country/Region.
- Follow the onscreen instructions. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.*
