Apple Cash setup not working on iPhone 15 Pro iOS 18

I’ve been using Apple Cash for years before noticing today that Apple Cash isn’t setup on my iPhone anymore. When I try to send a money request or view my previous transactions on Wallet, it prompts me to setup Apple Cash. After going through the setup, it prompts me that setup was complete, but there’s no change and it still prompts me to setup Apple Cash. Is anyone else facing this issue? I’m not sure what would’ve disabled this on my iPhone.

Possible the update to iOS 18 has cause issues with Apple Cash. Have you tried switching off Apple Cash, force restarting your iPhone and then switching Apple Cash back on? The setting is at this path,

iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pat > Apple Cash > try switching off, force restarting iPhone and then enable Apple Cash.
