Shortcut is not working with 2 urls after each other, it picks one only

I have this shortcut called leaving, i've set it up as follows

Turn Wi-Fi Off

Turn Cellular Data: On

Turn Personal Hotspot: Off

Set AirDrop Receiving to Off

Turn Airplane Mode Off

Turn Bluetooth Off

Do Not Disturb Off

Turn Silence Unknown Callers Off

Open URL AutoLock

prefs:root=DISPLAY&path=AUTOLOCK

Open URL Screen Time

prefs:root=SCREEN_TIME&path=CONTENT_PRIVACY

Open Google Maps

If either autolock or screen time is on top it executes the first url it comes to and ignores the second url.

If I switch Screen time to on top of Autolock, it runs but not autolock. It's either one or the other. Does anyone know why it's happening and how to fix it.?
