What is the issue?
- You will need a valid payment method to use the App Store, even to download free apps. Many free downloads also have in-app purchases, free trials, and subscriptions that will use that payment method.
- If you owe money from a previous purchase, you will not be able to download any apps until that debt has been paid.
- If your account has been disabled, you won't be able to download any apps.
