Issues with Safari, iPadOS 18 and Magic Keyboard

Has anyone else had issues with iPadOS 18 trying to fill-in forms, search boxes, etc. on Safari and using the Magic Keyboard after updating to iPad OS 18?

I am finding this is happening regularly since I updated a few days ago. This mainly happens using Safari and when trying to fill in a form (like this here! I had to use Google Chrome!) But I have noticed sometimes the Magic Keyboard will just “stall” in anything I am trying to type (Notes, etc.) tot he point I have to remove my iPad and then place it back on, sometimes a couple attempts to get it to work.

There were NO issues prior to upgrading to 18.

Since updating to iPad OS 18, I can no longer use the Magic Keyboard (with a 2024 iPad Pro) to fill in the boxes on Wordle. Can still fill in crossword boxes though.

I’ve tried restarting and removing the keyboard and refitting it. No avail.

Not exactly the end of the world, but odd.
