“ctrk.klclick.com” hyperlinks from emails blocked?

Hyperlinks from brands and store emails including newsletters that contain “ctrk.klclick.com” are failing to load in any browser — this has just started happening for me. I’m running 18.0.1 iOS on my devices and 15.0.1 on my Macs. How can I find out why this is happening and is there a fix I can implement?
