Epson printer L3252 printing code langauge when using Mac OS14

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software from the Epson Website. But the error persists, pic attached for reference. Printer works fine with iPad, iPhone and Laptop.

printer is printing programming language instead of the document I am using a MacBook AIR 2020 model, and the printer in my work place is a epson l3250. when I am giving the command to print form the MacBook wirelessly is prints a code instead of the actual document.
