iPhone does not recognize SIM cards / eSIMs.

Hello! I have a problem with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I use two phone numbers, one on a physical SIM card and the other on an eSIM. At some point, the eSIM stopped working and it showed the status «No SIM». All settings for this eSIM disappeared in the Cellular section.

I tried restarting my iPhone and resetting network settings, but nothing helped. I decided to reset my iPhone to factory settings, after which the iPhone stopped seeing any SIM cards at all. Now both SIM cards are in the «No SIM» status. The Cellular section shows both numbers with the «No SIM» mark and there are no settings.

I also tried resetting my iPhone again to factory settings and installing the latest software version 18.0.1, but it didn't help either. In the "About This Device" section, the modem firmware number is displayed, which probably indicates that the modem is working properly and the problem is not hardware-related, but software-related. How can I fix this situation?

Please, help me to fix the situation!
