(New) Apple Password only works on iCloud.com; all others result in Verification Errors

I had issues accessing iCloud App for Windows 11. So I requested a change in Password. I went through the steps to change the Password and it still does not work on iCloud App for Windows; however, using iCloud.com on the web browser works with the new Password. Now I am having the same issues with iTunes app accessing the App Store. I have uninstalled iCloud App for Windows and re-installed them and still have issues. And every few seconds this pops up asking for password and is very annoying to the point where i have disabled iCloud.

I don't seem to have any issues with iPhone.

All apps appear to be at the latest software.
