Can I still buy Apple Care for my MacBook after 3 months?
i got my mac book 3 month ago and i fogot to by my apple care is ther any chance i can still get ?

No, unfortunately this is one area the there is minimal flexibility with either Apple Support online or in Apple Retail Stores.
You could manage to purchase it online via an authorized retailer/reseller. But when you went to activate it online and entered your serial number, the system will not permit activation. Online Apple Care supervisors and Apple Store managers cannot even override the system.
How do I know? I’m a former Apple Store manager.
