when I unmute a reel, a caption comes up saying turn up your device volume

My phone ringtone works! I can listen to shazam but when I watch a reel or video and I unmute it, it asks me to turn up your device volume but it's at the limit. Have I done something to make it stop working? Not sure what! thanks in advance for any help I may receive

Apple Music volume at 50% while plugged into car. The recent update has made Apple Music more quiet in my car. My cars volume has a dial from 0-40. 30 used to be the max. Now, with the most recent update (17.1.1), 40 is still quieter than the old 30. Low volume when calling in car, normal volume music Since my update to iOS 16, the volume in my car when calling is very low. When I play some music the volume is normal. I tried everything, resetting the phone, delete it, reconnect it, hit all the volume buttons the universe has to offer but nothing seems to work. Is this an iOS 16 bug or am I missing something. Thanks for any help.

Can't adjust audio volume when using CarPlay I just got a 2022 Toyota RAV4 and was super-excited for Apple CarPlay. When connected to my iPhone 13 Mini, I can't adjust the volume of any app that's open. I am able to adjust volume when connected via BT. My wife's iPhone 13 Pro Max works fine when connect and using CarPlay. Any thoughts?
