My phone told me to go to settings & click on apple intelligence & Siri after my 18.0.1 but it is not in settings.
How and where, exactly, did your phone ‘tell you’ to do that?
That feature has not been released yet.

That is correct. There is no such setting.
You should tell us your iPhone model, double check you’re referring to iOS 18.0.1, tell us whether you loaded beta software on this iPhone, and tell us the steps you took leading to this message.
