Can you convert audiobook from the apple bookstore to MP3

I have several audiobooks bought through the apple bookstore and want to use them on my shokz swimming headphones, but to do so I need the files to be mp3 format. Is there a way to convert them/export them so that I can listen to them on all my devices?
