Text-based Spam or Phishing

Does Apple want consumers to report incidents of text-based Spam or Phishing (received by text or email)?

If so, to whom or where should these messages be directed? If not, would it be possible to elaborate on Apple's policy governing reporting of Spam or Phishing? If reporting these spam or phishing incidents to Apple is helpful for the technology and to justice, I will gladly report sharing this information for an improved experience and crime prevention.

Thanks,

Here's a few article by APple on that subject. I only see mention of forwarding emails.
