Not being able to update or remove/change my payment method, apps not working anymore because not updated

Hello, i have a big problem with my icloud. I can't update any apps, so i can not use them. My debit card expired so i received a new one from the bank. It's the same card number with a different expiry date and a different cvv. When i try to update it it says ''Your payment method was declined. Update it or add a new payment method and try again.'' And when i try to remove my non existing card it says ''There is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file.''. I have an iphone 14 pro and iOS 17.6.1

Please help!

See this article for information about updating payment methods on various platforms (iPhone, Mac, etc.): If you need to change or update your Apple Account payment method - Apple Support


Here is how you update your payment method on an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Payment & Shipping (formerly Media & Purchases). You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.

5. Tap Edit.

6. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete.


Also note:

1) ”If you change your address, the credit or debit card information that you use with your Apple Accout might be automatically updated by your financial institution, and you don't need to take action.”

2) “If there's an issue [such as you having a subscription or being a Family Sharing Organizer], add a new card first, then remove the old card."

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

I can't do that because its the same card with a different expiry date and a different cvv. when i try to update the expiry date and cvv it says Your payment method was declined. Update it or add a new payment method and try again.''. And when i try to add new payment, i can't to it because is the same debit card..

I've tried everything..
