What does a 2 Percent A-Fib report mean on my Apple Watch?

No one here responding is an Apple employee. I’m not a Dr. or cardiologist. If you’re not happy with you primary care physician, use you insurance referral service to get another primary care physician and a cardiologist.

In my experience, most Drs. will use their own equipment to verify the results of your Apple Watch.

Apple Watch does a one wire EKG, a physician will typically use a 12 wire EKG. They trust their instrument more than yours.

If you saved the notification, it says 2% detection or less. That’s the low limit of what Apple Watch can measure.

This is all we can tell you (from Apple's support document on the AFib feature):

Your AFib History estimate appears as a percentage. A lower percentage means your heart was in AFib less often, while a higher percentage means more often. Your AFib History will never show as 0%. Instead, it will show as 2% or less.

If you are concerned that you have AFib or your low heart rate, only a doctor can evaluate your condition and provide advice.
