Request to Unlock My Locked Apple ID

Hello,

I am the owner of an Apple phone, and unfortunately, my Apple ID is locked. I have tried using the recovery options, but I was not successful. Could you please assist me in unlocking my Apple ID?

I will provide any necessary information to expedite the recovery process.

Thank you for your assistance.

The people on this forum are just other Apple products users like yourself. We do not work for Apple, nor do we have any access to your accounts. Refer to How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple Account password - Apple Support. If you cannot provide sufficient evidence of identity to convince Apple to unlock your account then you will have to create a new account. Hopefully you at least have sufficient evidence of ownership of your device, otherwise that is lost too.

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Check the requirements and steps at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof other than it “must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.” Apple may typically require the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.
