Apple Watch glitching, crown not working and battery dying

I have an Apple Watch Series 8 that started glitching two days ago. Screen would go nuts along with the haptic vibration.

However, since that day, the crown no longer works and the battery drains. I updated it yesterday to the lasted software patch thinking it would resolve the issue, but it hasn’t.

I’ve tried a hard reset,un/repairing and did a full reset-un/repairing and crown still not working and battery lasts only a few hours.

Up until the glitching, watch worked perfectly fine and battery lasted days.

Any thoughts?
