I got a new credit card but the apple wallet app does not let me add anything, if i access it from my macbook or from iphone 15 i equally get the same annoying message "to add cards, keys, tickets and passes to wallet look for the add to wallet button in apps emails and websites" then i can oonly click 'cancel' or 'learn more' and i learn nothing

Generic answers are all you get if I don’t know details, such as what country you’re in. When you get the learn more screen, your iPhone is identifying you as being in a region that doesn’t support Apple Wallet and Apple Pay.
Are you using a VPN and your VPN servers are bouncing you through unsupported countries or regions?
Do you use a VPN? VPN usage is a known issue for most banks. What country is your Apple ID associated with? What country is the bank in that issued the card(s)? If you travel frequently, the region your iPhone is set for may be wrong.
This will not help. The credit card i had before was working perfectly well, until i had a security issue and I got the bank sending to me a new card. The app just will not let me add ANYTHING, not even a ticket, nothing. THe app simply stopped working. It's a pain in the neck apple is not always that good.
The country doesn't matter either i have installed cards before from here. You just have no answer like no one does. I don't mean to be rough, i thank you for your answers, but these generic things are absolutely not helping anyone.
What country are you in?
Italy. If you read threads with people with the same problem, this happens everywhere. I have had all iphones since iphone 12 i never had this problem before.
