Can I cancel an accidental subscription and request a refund?

Hi,

my little son was playing on the phone and I think I have accidentally paid for a subscription app called ( maarifa) costing £44.99.

This was an accident and I wondering if money gets taken straight away as I have recounted notification from apple wallet to say I made the purchase.

please can I cancel this and get a refund?
