So I had an Apple Pay account before but it got deleted because it wasn’t sponsored, I finally got a sponsor but when she tries to set my Apple Pay up it says I have an account, and when I try to turn Apple Cash on in the settings it says I don’t meet the minimum age requirement yet I’m old enough, and the DOB is fine in my settings
I assume you are not 18 or older since you just say you're old enough, but a message says you don't meet the minimum age. If you are under 18, then you can only use Apple Cash when part of a Family Sharing plan where the Organizer has set up Apple Cash.

Are you trying to add a credit, debit card or Apple Cash account? What country are you and the Family Organizer in?
I do have a family sharing account, I’ve got that part, but when she tried to set up an Apple Pay for me on her phone, but it said on hers that I already had one, and for me when I tried to turn it on in my settings it said I wasn’t old enough yet I meet the requirements
