Why is the App Store not letting me download apps verification required?

First I went on ap store and then when I was going to download a game it started showing this and and I put my Apple password and went on the card thingy look here

it I don’t know where to verify and this is what happens how do I stop it I have the cards in it

It wants you to enter a debit or credit card information. Do as it requests.
