Wiped old phone before transferring ESIM

Hey, so yesterday i got my replacement phone from warranty and as i thought i transferred everything with the initial transfer. I wasn’t until later on that i realized that i had to transfer my cellular data as well. I already wiped my old phone and i set up an appointment with my carrier. My icloud data is on my new phone but i needed my cellular data and i cant login to some of my school stuff since the okta was on my old phone. Is there something i can do with the old phone or am i screwed?
