Why am I being charged even though I don't have active subscriptions?

I keep getting charge 8.47 from a 866-***-**** CA. I don’t have a subscription with every month

If you do not see the charge in your purchase history, you may have found that your card has been compromised. In that case, you would need to contact the bank that issued the card. Review this article:
