How can I tell if an email from Apple is legitimate?

I got a email from ICloud on Sept 25,2024, Important Violation Notification: Request for Clarification New Account Update: Missmatch in your Update in Your Address #6****5

Your Apple ID Account has been Temporary Disabled Because Of Some Violated Policies,

Case: ID-0*********83 from Apple Support.

Is this true or scam from Junk mail?

I got a email yesterday from ICloud final warning will be all your photos will be removed and also said If you don't have enough ICloud space you can upgrade storage plan.

I checked my own new iPhone 15 that show there is more space left. It was not full space. Subscription ID 9******7. from ICloud Customer Service Team.

I don't understand on those two emails. Is this true or scam or junk?
