You don’t seem to understand what a “pre-order” is… To “Pre-order” something is to order it before it is generally available for sale.
Pre orders are done. The iphone 16 series devices have been released for sale to the general public. You can go through the normal ordering process now.
You can’t ’pre-order’ something that is already available for sale.
