Sequoia update affecting printer connection

I'm using a 24-inch, M1 (2021) Mac. Since the most recent update to Sequoia 15.0.1, my printer won't connect to my computer. I know one other Mac user who has had this same problem since this OS update. Any solutions? Thoughts?

Thanks!

Your answer was close... under Privacy & Security, I checked under "Full Disk Access" and turned on a setting with a label matching my printer. That did the trick! So thanks for steering me in the right direction!

I went to Apple support after doing all the reboots , deletions and adding back on that are commonly suggested for sudden problems. I left Apple support after asking if there was a setting I could change, because assistant concluded that old printer was no longer compatible after recent OS update. I came to this suggestion soon after and your answer to "Communication error" with my old Epson Workforce 615, was exactly this. Tick "rastertoescpll", which I had also discovered for myself.

I have the same issue, but when I go to Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access there is nothing there to match my printer.

If I try to add an item to the list and then go to the network to locate the printer it doesn't show in network devices (even though it shows in the Print Center list and "add printer" can also see it - but not connect to it).

Any other suggestions?
