I am trying to claim a code for 2 months free apple music, and i get this error.

i tried restarting my phone, it didnt work.

i tried contacting apple support and they want me to check with Curry's ( who issued this voucher).

I can see the issue is clearly with apple account, has anyone came across such an issue? if so, what is the solution?
