iPhone 17.6.1 suddenly started sounding a notification whenever I save a new calendar event.

My iPhone 14 Pro Max was doing this before this most recent update, it's likely due to changing some settings on my phone, but I can't figure out what would have started this problem. It makes it difficult to create new calendar events while in a meeting or any situation where I want my phone to be quiet. Of course I can always silence it but when I do, I tend to forget I've silenced it and miss subsequent calls, which can be hurtful to others.

Can someone please help me figure out how to stop my iPhone 14 Pro Max from sounding a notification when I hit save, after creating a new calendar event?
