Plug in an iphone to PC only for charging

Is there any way to plug my iphone in strictly for charging and prevent the "trust this device" dialogue from ever appearing? Often when I choose not to trust the prompt appears over and over again and sometimes even when I choose to trust the prompt will appear multiple times preventing me from using my device while it's charging.
