my iPhone 13 Pro Max only charges with one third party cable

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and it only charges with one specific third-party cable, but only when plugged in on one side. When I use my original Apple cable, it charges after a long wait of two to three weeks. However, if I disconnect and reconnect the original cable, it won’t charge again until I wait for another two to three weeks. I don’t understand what the issue is. Here in India, the Apple service engineers are unable to identify the problem; they just suggest exchanging my phone for a new one. I am, however, able to charge it wirelessly.
