Can’t charge my Apple TV remote.

I bought a USB- c charger. It just falls out.

Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

Siri Remote (1st generation) has a Lightning port and requires a Lightning-to-USB cable to charge.

Siri Remote (2nd generation) has a Lightning port and requires a Lightning-to-USB cable to charge.

Siri Remote (3rd generation) has a USB-C port and requires a USB-C-to-USB cable to charge.


The other side of the cable can be any USB variant that fits your computer or power adapter.

Lightning-to-USB-A, Lightning-to-USB-C, USB-C-to-USB-A, USB-C-to-USB-C.
