You'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for service options. I'm not aware that Apple actually replaces motherboards. If your phone really needs a motherboard, they'll offer you a replacement phone, called "Other Damage" for about 60% of the cost of the phone when new.
