Speak text option doesn’t nothing in shortcuts after updating ios 18.0’.1

Earlier on IOS 18 speak option was working in shortcuts, like if I add a shortcut say when charging reaches 80% then play text - battery charged and play a system notification tone. Now when battery reaches 80% shortcut command runs but it speaks nothing. It was working fine in IOS 18 update. I tried everything like deleting shortcut and creating a new one again, reinstalling the shortcut app but nothin. Please help any one
