How to secure Apple Wallet with a Password

Not sure why there’s no feature to put a password on my Apple wallet. If I leave my iPad and allow a friend or a family member to use it, they can go to my wallet and see my Apple savings account, or Apple Cash. I don’t even like the fact that you can see how much money is in my savings account. That’s one of the reason why I transferred my money to another account. Something really needs to be done about this.

As long as you have a passcode set up on the phone & you have updated to iOS 18, you can lock any app. According to Lock or hide an app on iPhone - Apple Support,

"If you want to show someone something on your iPhone but want peace of mind that they can’t get into certain apps, you can lock or hide the apps. Locking an app requires Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to open it. Information inside a locked app won’t appear in other locations on your device—for example, in notification previews, search, Siri suggestions, or your call history."
