Filemaker Pro since upgrading to OS 15

Since installing Sequoia I have had issues with Filemaker generating multipage PDF's. I can generate a multi page PDF up to 2.5MG but after that using the append function, the system claims to be out of space. The database is something I've been using for over a year with the same script to generate the file, the issue only started when I "upgraded" to Sequoia.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
