My iphone 15 pro max battery just dropped by 1% with 51 cycle count, its an LLA model. I had order the Apple 25W charger from Apple store at Noon.com (UAE) but my friend Iphone is 100% at 150 cycle count. What seems to be the probelm?

There is NO problem. iPhone battery health will decline with every cycle charge. Your friends phone likely came with a higher mAH in the battery out of the box. Battery science is NOT exact, so no two batteries will hold the same charge when new. Your friends phone will eventually start to lose health as battery health ONLY goes one direction and that is down. In the meantime stop worrying or even checking battery health as it will only frustrate you and there is literally no way to stop the natural decline of batteries.
It’s fine. Don’t worry about it. There is no problem.
