How do I follow up a request on my subscriptions with Apple support

I have been trying to follow up on a request on my subscriptions. The contact page led me to email “eaccountteam@apple.com.” I’ve followed up 4 times over three weeks but I’ve yet to hear a response. I’m just curious if this team responds, or if this method of communication is irrelevant despite it being posted on the website?

I have never seen Apple post an address like that on any web site. I only know of a single email address for Apple and it is very specifically—and only—for issues about the Community web site. It is possible they may have mailed you from a support site (in which case you should not post that email address here). Otherwise refer to this page for Apple Support features ➔ Contact - Official Apple Support

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
