A glitch with Picture in Picture for zoom

So I was on a zoom for reasons that you don’t need to know but if you do it’s work

and I had to open a app at the same time so I put it in Picture in Picture and I exit the app to pull up

my art app and my Picture in Picture didn’t work and it ended the meeting (because I hosted it) and I had to start a new zoom meeting and that’s what happened today so I need this to be fixed but I don’t know how to

BTW my iPad is named iPod 4th gen because of a murder drones reference.
