In trying to add money for future purchases on tunes, a message saying that itunes couldn't accept my method of payment at the time and to contact itunes for help, I did so only to have music library of non-apple music wiped out and my library only showing purchased music in cloud form.
Do not know what the **** happened. Is there any remedy for this dilemma?
