Restoring icloud photos not working
Title says it all, I’m trying to restore photos to my iPhone but the problem is that the loading bar has not moved at all, the loading bar began at the halfway point and hasn’t moved since.

Connect to wifi, plug phone to power source, lock phone and leave it alone to finish
