apple watch won't start

Hi. Just bought Apple Watch Series 8. I’ve tried to turn them on, but it didn’t respond. And when I try to put it on charge. It lights up with white Apple logo, then blinks with this red logo I’ve attached and then turns off. I’ve tried to restart it by holding crown and button together for more than 10 seconds. I’ve tried everything but nothing works…

What may be the problem?
