Translate texts in English to latin american spanish texts

The issue is that while Apple's text to speech already provides different voices for Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Spain.

There is no TEXT TO TEXT that provides the same accomidations for someone that needs ENGLISH translated into one of the contries that TEXT TO SPEECH already provides, and unfortunatly I am unable to learn Latin American dialect at a fast enough pace to communicate with my clients and hired sub-contractors that do excellent work but the language barrier is a hard divide between us and the understanding of questions as they do not translate correctly seeing the different dialect from the Dialect in SPAIN and the Dialect in Latin America.

Can someone help me with this?
