iPad going to wrong Apple id
Originally iPad was set up to ID - old
Created new ID and been using for at least 3 years …
Today tried to set up an app it it wants to ‘update’ but if I click ‘update’ it goes to ‘old’ ID .. I no longer have access to that email so can’t use it.
I went to settings … I am logged in as correct ‘new account’
I also went to Media & Purchases … logged out and made sure I’m logged in to my ‘new account’
Still get same error that when I try to install it wants me to ‘update’ but using old account.
Is there a way to reset all Apps so they are linked to New Account
