iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.xx) Widgets Bug on Lock Screen

Update 2: took into Apple Store. All hardware diagnostics pass. They factory restored my phone (this is the third time doing it, second time advised by Apple Support). This time it was factory restored and did not set it up with any back ups, so it was a fresh set up. After spending a few hours setting up my phone, I start to to notice the same issues as before along with minor recurring bugs that was present (touch screen unresponsive, keyboard section going black, weird jitters and display responses when navigating through the UI). I really don’t know what else to do here from a support perspective. I specifically asked what are the next steps if the full reset doesn’t resolve, and the response was “we’d ship it in for repair and give you a loaner phone, likely an iPhone X, to see what the issue is.” It’s unfortunate - I think I’ve spent over 10+ hours doing a combination of resetting my phone, reconfiguring my settings, and reinstalling / re-logging into my accounts. “Reset your phone again” from Apple Support / Apple Store seems like the easiest way out without truly getting to a root cause analysis. I really hope this is getting eyes in some capacity. I’ve submitted my feedback in Feedback Assistant as well.

#2 is likely because you have “Widget Suggestions” turned on. While on standby mode, hold down on the widget then turn “Widget Suggestions” off. You’ll need to do this for widgets on both sides if you want to keep it static.

Update: the same issue is happening to widgets on Standby mode.

What issues in specific have you noticed? But yes, definitely software / firmware issue.
